SHIPPING POLICY Last updated: April 2026

Bali Rain is committed to getting your order to you fast, cold, and in perfect condition. Every order is packed with care and dispatched from our facility in Bali.


COOLED DELIVERY

All orders are packed and shipped using cooled delivery to preserve freshness. Our products leave our facility refrigerated and are handled to minimise temperature exposure in transit.

While our packaging is designed to protect product quality, we recommend refrigerating your order immediately upon arrival.


DELIVERY AREAS

We currently deliver to the following areas in Bali: Bukit, Jimbaran, Uluwatu, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Sanur, Seminyak, Canggu, Ubud, and surrounding areas.

For deliveries outside these areas, orders are fulfilled via our courier partner JNE. Shipping costs for JNE delivery are calculated at checkout based on your delivery postcode and preferred service level.


DELIVERY SCHEDULE

For orders within our direct delivery zones, we operate on the following schedule:

Bukit, Uluwatu, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua — Every day, including Saturday.

Ubud, Sanur — Mondays.

Canggu, Berawa, Pererenan, Seminyak — Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Orders placed after the cut-off for your zone will be scheduled for the next available delivery day in your area.


SHIPPING RATES

A flat cooled delivery fee of Rp 65.000 applies to all orders under Rp 700.000.

Orders of Rp 700.000 or above qualify for free cooled delivery within our direct delivery zones. For JNE deliveries above Rp 700.000, free shipping eligibility is subject to zone and service level — this will be confirmed at checkout.


ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Direct delivery zones: same day or next available delivery day based on your zone schedule above.

JNE delivery: 1 to 2 business days depending on your location and chosen service level.

Bali Rain is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or circumstances outside our control.


ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed during business hours. Orders placed outside of business hours or on public holidays will be processed the following business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.


INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete at the time of checkout. Bali Rain is not liable for failed or delayed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information. If you need to amend your address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at support@balirain.id and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.


DAMAGED OR MISSING ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will assess each case and work to make it right.
